I built my professional experience in the demanding world of food operations, where success depends on people, planning, consistency, and the ability to solve problems in real time.
Throughout my career, I've worked in operational leadership, managing teams, coordinating complex delivery and distribution activities, monitoring costs, improving workflows, and helping daily operations run more effectively.
My experience has taught me that many business challenges aren't caused by a lack of effort. They're caused by systems that haven't kept pace with the demands of the business.
I founded Bryantwood Consulting to bring a practical, hands-on approach to helping food-business owners identify operational challenges, strengthen their processes, and prepare for sustainable growth.
I believe consulting should be useful, understandable, and tailored to the people doing the work—not filled with complicated strategies that never make it into daily operations.
